Chemical Anchor Rods for Bonded Anchoring Systems
Chemical anchor rods are threaded steel rods used with compatible injection resin or capsule systems to form bonded anchor connections in concrete and other approved base materials. The threaded rod transfers the applied load through the cured adhesive into the surrounding substrate.

Material and Finish

Provide rod diameter and length, material and grade, thread specification, finish, nut and washer requirements, resin system, base material, embedment depth, hole-cleaning method, installation temperature, quantity, packaging and applicable approvals or standards. Capacity depends on the complete anchor system, substrate condition, embedment and installation quality; follow the resin manufacturer’s instructions and project engineer’s requirements.
