Sleeve Anchors for Concrete, Brick and Masonry Fixing
Sleeve anchors are pre-assembled mechanical expansion anchors used to fasten fixtures to concrete, solid brick and other suitable masonry. Tightening the fastener draws the internal cone into the expansion sleeve, pressing the sleeve against the wall of the prepared hole.
Key Features
• Pre-assembled design for convenient installation
• Expansion sleeve distributes contact along the anchor body
• Multiple head and fastening configurations available
• Carbon steel and stainless steel options available
• Sizes, finishes, markings and packaging can be customized
Material and Finish
Carbon steel and stainless steel configurations can be supplied with zinc-plated, hot-dip galvanized or customized finishes. Select the material, head style and finish for the substrate, fixture and service environment.
Applications
Common uses include brackets, frames, handrails, machinery supports, gates, signs and general construction fixtures installed in approved base materials.
Selection and Quotation
Provide anchor diameter and length, head style, material, finish, fixture thickness, required embedment, base material, hole diameter and depth, spacing, edge distance, quantity, packaging and applicable project requirements. Load capacity depends on the selected anchor, substrate condition and installation quality; confirm the approved configuration and tightening procedure before use.
